We are moving the database from GT1 to GT2 right now, so it can be some problems with the GT2-checklist.

Red-footed Falcon - Invasion 2010 in the Baltic region.

This is a very good year for observing Red-footed Falcons Falco vespertinus. In the last month (17.08.-13.09.2010) 126 individuals have been seen at 59 sites in Latvia (see map). Invasion is still going on and similar numbers of the same species are observed in the broader region of Baltic Sea: Estonia (92 until 07.09.2010 - Estbirding.ee), Finland (39 individuals between 12th May - 11th September 2010 - Tarsiger.com) and 19 in Lithuania (Source: Birdlife.lt). Similar invasion invasions of Red-footed Falcons Falco vespertinus have been registred in 2005 and 2007.
